Where C SEED Fits in Miami

Condos and Towers

Most of Miami’s best views are from a tower, which is exactly where a wall-sized TV is the wrong answer. The N1 stands freely, so nothing has to be mounted to glass or a structural wall. C SEED’s 2026 brochure says the N1 and its controller can be positioned in one room with one power line, with no dedicated rack or control room. In a condo that means less work inside the walls and fewer approvals. I still plan the details that matter in a tower: floor loading, elevator and delivery access, association work hours, dedicated power and how the screen’s rotation works with the furniture plan and the view.

Miami Beach Estates

In a waterfront house, the M1 changes the room completely. It rises out of the floor, unfolds and then disappears again. That takes a floor basin, so it belongs in the plans early. C SEED’s pre-installation guide for one M1 project calls for a basin 755 mm deep and a floor that supports 1,350 kg, which in Miami Beach also means thinking about water table, waterproofing and drainage. On the M1, C SEED lists a 3,840 Hz refresh rate, 30,000:1 contrast and a 100,000-hour LED lifespan.

Terraces, Pools and the Water

Outdoors, the N1 Outdoor is built for Miami daylight at 4,000 nits, with an IP65-rated surface and wind and temperature sensors. For the biggest spaces, C SEED says the Vertical 201 column rises to its full 4.65 m height in 15 seconds before the panels unfold. The Hyde 125 speakers rise out of the ground and retract into underground casings, with a flush-mount option for stone, tile or wood decks.
